Summary:The Medical Staff Recruiter s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing recruitment plan with physician groups,organizing advertising media, screening candidates, coordinating comprehensive interviews, performing reference checks, and scheduling new physician orientations.Recruiter works closely with physicians and with administration to recruit and retain Medical Staff members.Strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills needed.Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel a plus.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree required with at least one (1) year experience OR -5 to 10 years experience as a professional recruitment specialist, with preference given to those with experience recruiting physicians.
Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local registration relating to Human Resources, i.e. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA.This CMHC position must meet the criteria for evaluating vehicle operator suitability.It has been determined that this position requires either the operation of a system or leased vehicle for business purposes on a regular basis as an integral part of the job.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
