The Collection Clerk accurately enters new accounts placed for collection into the collection system ensuring that sufficient demographic data exists so the collection process may begin as efficiently as possible. To answer incoming phone calls from debtors, clients, etc., and resolve accordingly or forward to appropriate party. Serves as agency receptionist.
Skills: Strong written and verbal skills. Basic computer knowledge.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
