Summary:The Switchboard PBX Operator processes daily and routine Switchboard calls, greets and directs customers at the front desk, and provides Security dispatch duties; while monitoring lines and alarms to notify appropriate individuals of emergencies.
Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent.One to three years experience as a switchboard operator, preferred.
Skills:Basic computer knowledge, data entry and/or word processing.
Must be able to work in a Fast paced area
