The ideal candidate should possess an interest in, and prior experience with, firearms or paintball markers.
A significant part of the role involves learning about our less-lethal launcher, a device similar to paintball guns used by law enforcement during riots, and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
While the majority of inquiries typically pertain to order status, this role requires an understanding of our product range in order to suggest products which may fulfil customer needs.
The position demands a few hours of commitment each day for communication management, with the remaining time allocated to the boxing and shipping of orders.
This position may expand into a sales position for the right individual, with increased pay and hours as the company grows.
Familiarity with the following programs is helpful.
Peterson 12, RBrand, and Jocko.
