Summary: The Regional Referral Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of transfers, appointments and scheduled procedures for the CMHC affiliate and non-affiliate hospitals and providers. Work will involve clinical information intake and processing, facilitation of direct communication between providers, and arrangement of transfer modality and intensity.
Requirements: EMT-I or EMT-P license are required. Must have strong communications skills.
Skills: Moderate computer skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
