Appointment Scheduling/Patient Registration Application Support analyst:
If you have relevant work experience and an interest in Information systems, we ll train you for the application support analyst role!
The ideal candidate will have implementation or operational support experience in a centralized scheduling environment for an acute healthcare facility.
Analystrole is tosupport the organization in the effective and efficient use of software applications.
Requirements:Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years experience with implementation or support of information systems. In lieu of direct application support experience, applicants with hands on experience using software from a major healthcare applications vendor will be considered.
Other preferred experience includes:
Providing excellent, customer focused support to end users
Troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
Developing documentation for end user training
Development and execution of test scripts for patches, service packs or version upgrades
Working directly with software vendors when working on application or user specific issue resolution
Implementation, support, or hands on end user experience with applications from a major healthcare systems vendor (Cerner, Epic, Meditech, McKesson, etc) a significant plus
Personal Attributes:Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Very strong customer service focus. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills. Comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
