Summary:This position coordinates the day-to-day operation of the supply chain as it relates to the direct support of the perioperative surgical department and peripheral departments as assigned.Day to day duties include expediting and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, interacting with other areas in the Material Services department as well as other support areas within the hospital, material handling, and stock distribution.Other duties will include updating and maintaining MM & OR information systems and managing routine equipment repairs.
Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum 2 years experiencein Supply Chain or Inventory control field.
Skills:Basic computer knowledge.ValidMaineDrivers License Able to drive 24 box truck effectively & safely.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
