Summary:The Data Analytics Analyst s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the integration of data across various sources into an organized and unified view. This individual is also responsible for the monitoring of data flow between databases, servers and Cloud services to identify and implement the most suitable architecture for the organization s needs. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
Requirements:Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.Five to seven years experience supporting data integration systems required.
Skills:Experience in supporting healthcare information systems experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional databases between disparate business units and systems.Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.Extensive experience with data integration architectures.Technically fluent in programming languages, such as SQL, Oracle, and Crystal Reports.Previous exposure to Cloud data integration and management.Strong background in risk management as it relates to integration and Cloud computing.Direct, hands-on experience with automated data integration tools.Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.Working knowledge of network protocols and standards.Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements.Excellent understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
