Summary:The Application/Operations Support Analyst s role is to deliver support to CMHC Laboratory end users in the about how to use various types of hardware and software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling operational and regulatory objectives. This includes design, build, implementation and maintenance of software solutions to meet operational needs.
Requirements:Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.Two tofive years experience supporting information systems required.
Knowledge/
Experience:Experience in supporting healthcare information systems preferred.In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.Good understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
