Summary: The Business Support Analyst s responsibilities include the compiling, analyzing and reporting of the monthly provider compensation plan and financial performance for Central
maine
Medical Group. Prepares and assists with CMMG annual operating budget and 5-year financial forecast. Works with the
controller
to assess business opportunities, prepare proforma for new business models and assists in developing CMMG s short- and long-term goals. Prepares monthly reports showing actual results vs budget and assists with the provider compensation plan.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in
accounting
, Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
Recent experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
Skills: Excellent
computer
knowledge. Skilled in: Power Point, spreadsheets, database, graphics applications, Decision Support System, etc.
We have standardized and automated monthly reporting when possible and will continue to explore new processes to achieve better reporting in a timely manner.
This position is designed to work with the CMMG Controller to review and
recommend business changes, based on new data, to CMMG
management
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
